1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the entire European Union, with a focus onSpain, Germany, the UK, France and Portugal. All EU countries are eligible for delivery.
2. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
Spain: 7 to 15 business days
Rest of Europe: up to 17 business days
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.
4. Can I return or exchange a dress?
Yes. In accordance with European law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Return conditions:
The product must show no signs of use.
It must be returned in the original packaging with tags.
Customized, used, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Reason for the return
Photos of the product (if applicable)
⚠️ Please note: We currently do not have a physical return address. Our customer support team will assess your case and provide return instructions.
Refunds:
Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
6. Are your sizes reliable?
Yes, our dresses follow standard European sizing. We recommend checking the size chart available on each product page before purchasing.
7. Can I cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you may cancel it within 12 hours of purchase by emailing mairalondoncontact@gmail.com.
8. Do you offer wholesale options?
We currently sell only to end customers, but we’re open to collaborations with boutiques and shops. Feel free to email us to discuss further.
